I have been a resident of New Mexico for over 30 years and have actively contributed to the community since moving back to the state 12 years ago. As the President of Rotary - Rio Rancho and a Past President of the Rio Rancho Rotary Foundation in 2015-2016, I have been dedicated to serving the community. Additionally, I am also involved as a Rotary Youth Exchange Officer and a Board Member of the Rio Rancho Rotary Foundation. In my free time, I volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House. On a personal note, I have been happily married to my Amor for 30 years and we are proud parents to 5 children, 3 of whom are adopted and 2 are our biological children.

I understand that we need to continue to learn throughout our entire life. I have obtained the following educations achievements: ChFC; Chartered Life Underwriter- CLU; University of Texas-San Antonio, MBA; New Mexico State University- Las Cruces, Bachelors of Business Admin
