WELCOME TO THE ABQ Balloon Fiesta! The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is one of the largest hot air balloon festivals in the world, held annually in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The event takes place in early October and lasts for nine days. Along with the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, another beautiful sight to behold during the fall season is the vibrant display of fall colors along rivers.

I have been a resident of New Mexico for over 30 years and have actively contributed to the community since moving back to the state 12 years ago. As the President of Rotary - Rio Rancho and a Past President of the Rio Rancho Rotary Foundation in 2015-2016, I have been dedicated to serving the community. Additionally, I am also involved as a Rotary Youth Exchange Officer and a Board Member of the Rio Rancho Rotary Foundation. In my free time, I volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House. On a personal note, I have been happily married to my Amor for 30 years and we are proud parents to 5 children, 3 of whom are adopted and 2 are our biological children.

I understand that we need to continue to learn throughout our entire life. I have obtained the following educations achievements: ChFC; Chartered Life Underwriter- CLU; University of Texas-San Antonio, MBA; New Mexico State University- Las Cruces, Bachelors of Business Admin
